This is yet another addition to our amazing collection of trichocereus hybrid cactus seeds. These genetics are the result of a trichocereus SS02 mother plant crossed with the pollen of a Trichocereus “Serra Canyon” Bridgesii is a close relative of San Pedro Cactus, known indigenously as Achuma. The SS02 is a particular clone of bridgesii known to have great bridgesii genetics. It is a common choice for breeding because it is a model specimen of the bridgesii species. Trichocereus “Serra Canyon” is a bridgesioid with fat stems that can be as thick as 7″! Serra Canyon is not to be confused with Serra Blue, which is a Peruvianoid. Intentionally hybridized cacti are highly sought-after by cactus collectors because of their rarity. Many hybrids also combine genetics of different species to form superior specimens that contain the more desirable qualities of both parents. Crossing presents the collector with endless possibilities. If you can understand the genetic mixing behind you, this is certainly a trichocereus you want to have in your collection.
