This special listing is for rare hybrid cactus seeds. These seeds are the product of a trichocereus hybrid mother plant crossed with the pollen of an SS01 Trichocereus Peruvianus. The parent plant was formed when an SS02 trichocereus Bridgesii was crossed with Trichocereus Pachanoi (San Pedro Cactus). SS02 is considered to have ideal trichocereus bridgesii genetics, just as SS01 is considered to have ideal Trichocereus Peruvianus genetics. Aside from being a hybrid of a hybrid, this particular mix is special because it brings in genetics from the three primary sacred cactus species, pachanoi, peruvianus and bridgesii. Intentionally hybridized Cacti are highly sought-after by cactus collectors because of their rarity. Many hybrids also combine genetics of different species to form superior specimens that contain the more desirable qualities of both parents.
